Robin's View.
Afraid no one else would write a column for the Utah County Birders newsletter, I wrote a series of articles, stretching for five years. I didn't win any writing accolades, but I did enjoy doing it, and my audience was kind in their comments. I stopped when others began to fill in the newsletter on their own. Birding Journals.
Believing I need to write to get better at writing, I wrote these journals whenever I felt I had a story in me that was worthy enough to tell. These articles have taken the place of the old 'Robin's View' series, being longer and more sporatic.

Utah Journals.
Periodically, I focus on an area of Utah, study it and roam about it some. I like to write about these trips, recording what I see and feel about the places. There is always another bend in the road, and I long to get back to see what is beyond it.

Out of Utah.
Sometimes I get out of Utah and am able to do some birding. If the experiences seem worthy, I write an article about the trip and place it here. Maybe I'll take more trips in the future.
