Timpanogos WMA
Location
The WMA is east of Orem and immediately north of the mouth of Provo Canyon in Utah County. Access is off Orem 800 East near where it bends and turns into 1600 North.The Land
This 2500 acre WMA is on the foothills overlooking Orem and is an important wintering area for deer, elk and Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep. The Alta Canal (Olmstead Pipeline) passes through the southern edge. The roads are only open during hunting season, so access is normally by foot.Created on ... December 14, 2002
