I needed a Database Program to store my bird sightings. For this purpose, I chose JFile Pro, now renamed JFile 4.0. I needed more databases than the free version supported so I purchased a license.

Next, I needed a programming language that would run on the Palm and be able to access the JFile databases. I am familier with Basic, so I chose CBasPad, now renamed HotPaw Basic. Again, the free version did not meet my needs so I purchased a license. This software is available here.
