Once we arrived at the Baltic Mission and began our training, we learned that, since the Baltic Mission is included in the Eastern Europe Area, headquarted in Moscow, USSR, we would have to follow the more restricted rules required for the other Missions throughout the remainder of the Area.
The rule that affected us most was that we were not to write anything about the members and potential converts in letters or any other writings we might do. This was because sometimes people named could suffer negative consequences should it be discovered they were members or considering becoming members. Therefore, we stopped writing in our blog and in fact stopped writing anything at all.
Here it is, now six years later and we still don’t write much, but we will attempt to fix that.
